The Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) is a convention centre project located in the city of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The project area is surrounded by the sea on two sides with an area of 15 acres (6.07 hectares).[2] The construction is expected to commence in 2014 and completed within five years.[1] However, due to several delays, the project is expected to be completed in 2018.[3][4] Once completed, the building would be the main centre for convention activities and development of the meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions industry in Sabah.[5]
