Saba Zafar is a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly and a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party.[1][2][3] He was elected to the assembly in 2010 from Amour (Vidhan Sabha constituency), which is part of Kishanganj (Lok Sabha constituency) after delimitation.[4][5] Saba Zafar is again contesting election on BJP ticket from Amour (Vidhan Sabha constituency) in Bihar Legislative Assembly election, 2015.[6][7][8]

Saba Zafar is a Kulahia Muslim.[9] He did his graduation from Patna University. Saba defeated Abdul Jalil Mastan (Surjapuri Muslim) of Congress by over 18,000 votes in Amour in Bihar Legislative Assembly election, 2010.[10][11][12]
