Ryan Atkins (born 7 October 1985) is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays for the Warrington Wolves in the Super League. An England international representative centre, he previously played for the Bradford Bulls and the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats (Heritage № 1236).[4][5]

Playing career

Atkins began his career with Bradford Bulls but failed to make a first-team appearance before joining Wakefield Trinity Wildcats midway through the 2006 season. His impressive form earned him a call-up and was named in the England training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[6][7]

He signed for Warrington Wolves on a three-year deal in September 2009, following Richie Myler from Salford.

Atkins played for Warrington in the 2010 Challenge Cup Final, and the 2012 Challenge Cup Final victories over Leeds.[8][9]
