Ruselli Hartawan (born 27 December 1997 in Jakarta) is an Indonesian badminton player.[1] She is the member of Jaya Raya Jakarta badminton club, and selected to join the national team in 2013.[2] She competed in the girls' singles badminton at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China, but she was stopped in the quarter-finals after being defeated by Akane Yamaguchi of Japan with a rubber games 6–21, 21–18, 11–21.[3] In 2017, she won the women's singles title at the national championships in Pangkal Pinang.[4]

Ruselli competed in badminton at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in girls' singles and was eliminated in the quarter-final by the young Japanese shuttler Akane Yamaguchi.
