Ruby Wylder Rivera Modine (born July 31, 1990) is an American actress, singer, and dancer. She is best known for playing Sierra in Shameless.[2][3] She also co-starred in the 2017 horror film Happy Death Day.[4]

Personal life

Modine is the daughter of Caridad Rivera, a makeup and wardrobe stylist, and actor Matthew Modine.[5] Her mother is Puerto Rican (and of part African descent).[6] She has a brother named Boman[6] who is an assistant director for films.

Career

Modine was cast as Sierra, one of the new waitresses at Patsy Pies managed by Fiona, in the seventh season of Shameless.[7] On November 8, 2016, she was cast to co-star in the film Happy Death Day starring Jessica Rothe and Israel Broussard.[8]
