Rosie Allwood (born 21 November 1952) is a Jamaican sprinter. She competed in the 100 metres at the 1972,[1] 1976 and the 1980 Summer Olympics. Allwood finished fifth in the 200 metres and sixth in the 100 metres at the 1971 Pan American Games. At the 1979 Pan American Games she again finished sixth in the 100 metres and was a member of the silver medal winning 4 × 100 metres relay team (with Lelieth Hodges, Merlene Ottey, and the non-Olympian Carmetta Drummond).[2]
