Rifet Kapić (Bosnian pronunciation: [rǐfet kǎpitɕ]; born 3 July 1995) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Moldovan National Division club Sheriff Tiraspol, on loan from Grasshopper.
Club career
Early career
Kapić started youth career with his hometown club Krajina Cazin. He then spent brief period of time in the academy of Sarajevo, after which he played for Istra 1961's youth team.[2]
Kapić made his professional debut playing for Czech club Varnsdorf.[3]
In February 2016, Kapić signed a three-year contract with Gorica.[4]
Grasshopper
On 12 January 2018, Kapić moved to Grasshopper on a four-year deal for an undisclosed transfer fee.[5] He made his competitive debut in a 3–1 win over Sion on 4 February.[6]
Due to lack of playing time, Kapić was sent on a season-long loan to Moldovan side Sheriff Tiraspol in June 2018.[7]
