Rhea Santos-de Guzman (born June 1, 1979) is a broadcast journalist, Host and newscaster in the Philippines. She currently co-anchors GMA Network's Unang Hirit and hosts several news and public affairs programs.

Rhea Santos is an award-winning broadcast journalist and newscaster in the Philippines. She is one of the hosts of morning show Unang Hirit.

Rhea graduated from St. Scholastica's Academy Marikina (Grade School and High School) and finished AB Mass Communication, Magna Cum Laude, from St. Paul College Quezon City. She first appeared on television in 2001 as one of the hosts of Unang Hirit. In 2003, she was assigned to anchor Frontpage's segment GMA Action Force.

In 2004, she had her own show At Your Service-Star Power and married businessman, Hotshots Burger chain owner, Carlo De Guzman. In the same year, she co-hosted Eat Bulaga! Silver Special, which was a co-production of TAPE Inc. and GMA News and Public Affairs, with her fellow anchor in Unang Hirit, Arnold Clavio.

Later that year, GMA launched Pinoy Abroad, which she co-hosted with Ivan Mayrina.

Rhea currently seen in GMA's morning show Unang Hirit, and had anchored primetime newscast News on Q (previously aired by QTV, renamed as Q) then she left the newscast on April 21, 2010 and replaced by Connie Sison. She also hosted public affairs program Women's Desk (later retitled as Draw the Line) and also DoQmentaries along with other presenters Connie Sison and Pia Arcangel. She replaced Maki Pulido as one of the hosts of Reporter's Notebook on November 17, 2009.

Rhea became co-host of Maki Pulido and Jiggy Manicad in Reporter's Notebook, but she left on January 18, 2011 to host Tunay Na Buhay that started airing on January 21, 2011. She was temporary absent to Unang Hirit starting September 12 due to her new baby delivery. She returned on October 10.
