Red Horse was a sub-chief of the Miniconjou Sioux.^[1] He fought in the Battle of the Little Bighorn, in 1881, he gave one of the few detailed accountings of the event.^[1]He also drew pictographs of the Little Bighorn Battle^[2] Red Horse married twice and had three children.^[1]
