RTL Crime is a German pay tv channel owned by the RTL Group. The channel has been on air since 27 November 2006. He started at 5 pm with the Balko series. Since then, the channel has been broadcasting a 24-hour program with action and crime series. The station does not interrupt its broadcasts and otherwise between the series etc. only little advertisements and trailers are shown.

On 1 October 2015, the RTL Group announced that RTL Crime would be relaunched and re-designed on 12 November 2015. At the same time, a new logo was introduced.[1]

Distribution

Since 1 October 2007, RTL Crime has also been included in the Sky Deutschland package Sky Starter. RTL Crime is also available in Vodafone's IPTV offer, as via Telekom Entertain.[2] Since 1 September 2011, there is also a Dutch version of RTL Crime in the Netherlands.

Since 15 May 2012, the HD variant has also been broadcast at Unitymedia. Since 25 September 2014, RTL Crime is available in HD at Sky Deutschland in the entertainment package and offers for many series for the first time the English original sound.

Since 1 August 2017, RTL Crime is also available in HD at Kabel Deutschland in the "HD Premium" package.[3]
