R P Marutharajaa (born 1963) is an Indian politician and Member of Parliament elected from Tamil Nadu. He is elected to the Lok Sabha from Perambalur constituency .Lok sabha constituency including Perambalur ,Lalgudi,Mannachanallur ,Musiri,Thuraiyur,Kullithalai assembly constitutions .He contested as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate in 2014 election.He had also served as chairman of Perambalur union between 2011-2014.He is the chairman of district vigilance & monitoring committee for Perambalur district and co-chairman of district vigilance & monitoring committee for karur and Tiruchirapalli district.He is the member of Standing Committee on energy and Consultative Committee on coal (Ministry of Coal and Mines).[1]
