The main campus is at 742 Upper Maple Street in Danielson. The Willimantic Center was expanded and moved to its current location at 729 Main Street, Willimantic, CT in 2005. An 30,000-square-foot (2,800 m2) addition to the main campus was completed in the fall of 2006.

In May 2014, the College opened a 38,000 square foot wing, which houses the Quinebaug Middle College high school.
