Quest for the Grail is an out-of-print collectible card game by Horizon Games and Stone Ring. It was first released in August 1995.[1] It had elements of Monty Python and preceded the Monty Python and the Holy Grail CCG released in June 1996.[1] It also had elements taken from Arthurian legend.[2] The game only had two editions: the Preview Edition consisting of 126 cards and the Limited Edition that was released in December 1995 and consisted of 280 cards.[1] An expansion named Knights of the Isle based on Scottish and Irish elements was due in April 1996 but never materialized.[3]
