Priceless is R&B and Soul singer-songwriter Kelly Price's third studio album released in 2003 on the label Def Soul. It has since been certified Gold. The album was Price's final release with the Def Soul label.

In the US, it peaked at Number 2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, and Number 10 on the Hot 200 Albums chart.[4]
