Ponmana Selvan is a 1989 Tamil language drama film directed by P. Vasu. The film features Vijayakanth, Shobana, Vidhyashree, Gemini Ganesan and B. Saroja Devi in lead roles. The film, had musical score by Ilaiyaraaja and was released on 15 August 1989. The film was one of biggest hit of the year.[1][2] It was also dubbed in Telegu as Gharana Raja.[3]
