The Isarog forest frog (Platymantis isarog) is a species of frog in the family Ceratobatrachidae. It is endemic to Luzon, Philippines, where it occurs on Mount Isarog and possibly also Mount Malinao.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
