Pkhali (Georgian: ფხალი) is a traditional Georgian[1][2][3][4][5] dish of chopped and minced vegetables , made of cabbage, eggplant, spinach, beans, beets and combined with ground walnuts, vinegar, onions, garlic, and herbs.
