Phrynobatrachus dispar is a species of frog in the Phrynobatrachidae family. It is endemic to São Tomé and Príncipe. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, plantations, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and ponds. They are founded on the island of Príncipe in areas up to 950 meters above sea level.
