Penumarru railway station (station code:PUMU) is an F-category Indian railway station in Guntur railway division of South Central Railway zone.[1] It is situated on the Tenali–Repalle branch line and provides rail connectivity to the town of Penumarru.[1]:4
History
The Tenali-Repalle branch line, a part of Guntur–Repalel section was constructed by Madras and Southern Mahratta Railway, was opened in 1916.[2][3]
