Once he gets acquainted with a beautiful girl Uma (Kushboo), who flirts with him, but he starts loving her with a true heart. Actually, Uma is a Police officer who is in search of a criminal who is cheating many ladies in the name of the marriage. The only evidence they now have regarding him is that he has a birthmark on his thigh and to find it, Uma is flirting with every man. At last, she catches the criminal Sivaji (Sivaji Raja) and she comes to know the real culprit is his boss Mesala Gundaiah (Mesala Bhaskar), a club owner. Uma arrests him red-handed and insults him before everyone. Before leaving for jail, he challenges her that he will see her end. After some time, Uma and Papa Rao get married, but both hide their true identity from each other. Meanwhile, Mesala Gundaiah is released from jail. During their first night, he implicates Papa Rao in a gambling case and gets him arrested by Uma. When the truth comes out, Uma asks Papa Rao to stop his gambling, then he asks her to leave her job. Both of them disagree, so, they make a challenge that Papa Rao should touch Uma for 1 month and who loses the bet will obey the other's order. After a few comic incidents, Gundaiah throws Papa Rao into heavy losses by cheating him through his henchman Sivaji. When it is revealed, Papa Rao beats Sivaji very badly and he dies. Papa Rao escapes and Police are behind him. After that, Papa Rao comes to know it is all Gundaiah's plan and Sivaji is still alive.
