PayStand is an American company based out of Scotts Valley, California, USA. They are a B2B enterprise payments processor that digitizes their customers accounts receivable processes.

History

The company was founded in 2013. They started as a general-purpose payments engine for all aspects of digital payments.[1]

In early 2014, PayStand received $1M in seed funding,[2][3] launching them out of private beta into a one-click bitcoin, payment processor.[4][5] They have received an undisclosed amount since then.

In 2015 PayStand made the decision to focus their efforts and expand on Business to Business payments.[6][7]

Features

They offer technology that integrates with commercial customers sites, enabling the payer to remit payment in any digital form – i.e. - via eCheck, ACH or credit card.[8][9][10] Their SaaS (software as a service) business model enables PayStand to offer them a blended wholesale rate for their credit card transactions that they do not profit from.

All reporting and transaction history is logged in the customers dashboard.

Awards

In 2014, Paystand received TiE50 Award for Innovative Online Payment Technology.[11][12]
