Patrik Džalto (born 19 February 1997) is a Croatian footballer[2] who plays as a forward for FC Memmingen.
Career
In summer 2016, Džalto joined SSV Jahn Regensburg on loan from Bayer 04 Leverkusen for the 2016–17 season. In June 2017, he signed permanently, agreeing to a one-year contract.[3] In January 2018, he joined TuS Koblenz.[4]
