Parinari excelsa, the Guinea plum, is a species of tree in the Chrysobalanaceae family. It is native to tropical Africa, North America and South America.[1][2][3]
This species grows to 150–170 feet (46–52 m) tall while its cylindrical bole is 60–90 feet (18–27 m); the trunk is 3–5 feet (0.91–1.52 m) in diameter.[2]
