Pantone 448 C is a colour in the Pantone colour system. Described as a "drab dark brown", it was selected in 2016 as the colour for plain tobacco and cigarette packaging in Australia, after market researchers determined that it was the world's least attractive colour.[2][3][lower-alpha 1][4][lower-alpha 2][5][lower-alpha 3]

Since 2016, the same colour is also used for plain cigarette packaging in France, Norway and the United Kingdom.[6][lower-alpha 4][7][lower-alpha 5]

The colour has also been reported as being known as "opaque couché";[8] in fact this is simply French for "layered opaque", in reference to being used on coated paper.
