Pablo Echenique Robba[1] (born 28 August 1978 in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina) is an Argentine-born Spanish physicist and politician. He was one of the five MEPs elected by Podemos in the 2014 European Parliament election, and is currently a member of the Aragonese Corts.[2][3][4]
As a scientist, he holds a position at the Spanish National Research Council in Zaragoza (CSIC). Since infancy, he has suffered from spinal muscular atrophy and this being the main reason his family emigrated to Spain in order for him to obtain free schooling, medical care, social services and "rights" [5]
