Oneida is a city in Knox County, Illinois, United States. The population was 700 at the 2010 census, down from 750 in 2000. It is part of the Galesburg Micropolitan Statistical Area.

The racial makeup of the city is 98.27% White, 0.00% African American, 0.13% Native American, 0.66% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.66% from other races, and 0.27% from two or more races. 1.33% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 303 households out of which 32.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.4% are married couples living together, 9.6% have a female householder with no husband present, and 25.4% are non-families. 24.1% of all households are made up of individuals and 11.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.48 and the average family size is 2.91.
