O Pereiro de Aguiar is a small municipality in the province of Ourense in the Galicia region of north-west Spain. It is located to the north of the province.

The village is well known in Galicia because it is where one of New York based fashion designer Carolina Herrera's clothes and handbag factories is located. The site is also a factory-outlet which attracts locals to buy cut-price items.
