National Archives of Nigeria

The National Archives of Nigeria is headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria, with branches in Enugu, Ibadan, and Kaduna.[1] It originated in the Nigerian Record Office, established in 1954.[2] In 1958, a national archives building was constructed in Ibadan.[2] Directors have included Lloyd Gwam (circa 1960s) and Malam Abdulyekin Umar (circa 2017).[3][4]
