Newmarket Urban District

Newmarket Urban District was an urban district in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, England, based on the town of Newmarket, from 1894 to 1974.[1]

The district was abolished in 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972, and merged with Mildenhall Rural District to form a new Forest Heath district.
