The National Basketball League Finals Most Valuable Player (previously known as the Final MVP and Final Four MVP) is an annual National Basketball League (NBL) award currently given to the best performing player over the NBL's annual Final Four weekend.

In 2003, the NBL awarded Wellington's Ben Knight the Player of the Week award for the NBL Final week.[1] A year later, Auckland's Aaron Olson was named the league's first Final MVP.[2][3] A "Final MVP" was also awarded in 2005 and 2006 before in 2007, a change in the playoff format led to the NBL championship decider being played over a best-of-three series. In 2011, a final four weekend was reintroduced,[4] with a "Final Four MVP" being awarded in 2013 and 2014. Every other year between 2008 and 2018, a Finals Most Valuable Player has been bestowed on the best performing player of the playoffs.
