Necip Okaner

Necip Okaner (1892 Kadıköy, Istanbul 1959, Istanbul) was a Turkish career officer, footballer and academician.[1] He was among the principal founders of the major Turkish multi-sport club Fenerbahçe.

Necip Okaner, Ziya Songülen and Ayetullah Bey met at Okaner's residence, which was located at Beşbıyık street in the Moda neighbourhood, where the club was officially founded as Fenerbahçe Futbol Kulübü (Fenerbahçe Football Club).[2]
