Mu1 Chamaeleontis (μ1 Cha) is a star located in the constellation Chamaeleon. Mu1 Chamaeleontis is also known as HR 3983, and HD 87971. Its apparent magnitude is 5.520.[2]
Mu1 Chamaeleontis is an A-type subgiant star.[3] It has an absolute magnitude of 1.15.[6] It is located 380 light-years, or 115 parsecs, away from the Sun.
