Morteza Gholi Khan, Sani-ol Douleh (Persian: مرتضی‌قلی‌خان صنیع‌الدوله; 1856–1911) of the Hedayat family, son of Ali Gholi Khan (Mokhber-ol Douleh), was an Iranian politician and first chairman of the Iranian parliament. He became Member of Parliament from Tehran after Persian Constitutional Revolution. He was a leader of Constitutional Revolution. He had been the Finance Minister for seven months when he was assassinated on 6 February 1911 by two Georgian.
