Monument station was an MBTA Green Line light rail stop in Boston, Massachusetts. Located at Monument Square in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood, it served the "E" Branch. It was closed on December 28, 1985 when service on the "E" Branch past Heath Street was "temporarily" suspended.[1] The route 39 bus, the replacement for the Arborway Line, now stops at the same location southbound and one block to the south northbound.
