Monique Charlotte Shippen (born 3 January 1993) is an Australian model, singer, songwriter and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Earth Australia 2018 and represented Australia at the Miss Earth 2018 pageant.[1]

Personal life

Shippen was born and raised in Sydney, New South Wales. She studies Masters of Teaching at University of New South Wales. She has studied Bachelor of Arts Major in Music at Macquarie University. She is a Singer, a Songwriter and a Model. She is of British as well as Filipino descent. Monique is a singer, a songwriter as well as a professional model. She often posts videos of herself singing on her social media. She also likes to dress up as different characters, be it superheroes or Disney princesses.

Miss Earth Australia 2018

Shippen was crowned as Miss Earth Australia 2018 pageant at the University of New South Wales the Roundhouse on 8 September 2018. She succeeded outgoing Miss Earth Australia 2017 and Miss Earth - Air 2017 Nina Robertson.[2]

Miss Earth 2018

Shippen will now represent Australia at the Miss Earth 2018 pageant in Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City where Karen Ibasco of the Philippines will crown her successor at the end of the event.
