Models 1 is a British model agency established in 1968 in London, England. The agency originally started with only three models and became one of Europe’s leading agencies after discovering some of the world’s top supermodels, including Twiggy and Yasmin Le Bon.

Their women’s main board contains a number of top models, including Erin O'Connor, Amber Le Bon, Anne V, Cameron Russell, Cecilia Chancellor, Linda Evangelista, Magdalena Frackowiak, and Vlada Roslyakova. As of 2018, the agency has three women on Models.coms's the Hot List and two icons on the List^[1].

As the agency originally represented only female models, Models 1 created a men's division in 1986, and has continued to grow with the addition of Talent, Digital Influencer, and Curve divisions. As of 2018, Models 1 has six male^[2] models on models.com's top 50 male models list .
