Middletown High School is a public high school in Middletown, Ohio. It is the only public high school in the Middletown City School District.

Ohio High School Athletic Association State Championships

  • Boys Basketball – 1944, 1946, 1947, 1952, 1953, 1956, 1957.[3] The Middies' seven boys basketball state titles are tied (with Villa Angela-St. Joseph and St. Vincent-St. Mary) for the most of any Ohio high school.
