Mercedes del Carmen Guillén Vicente (born 5 June 1954) is a Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party. From 2009 to 2012 she served as Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Tamaulipas.[1] She is the sister of Rafael Sebastián Guillén Vicente, whom the government alleges is the real identity of Subcomandante Marcos, the leader of the EZLN Zapatista guerrilla in Chiapas.[2][3]
