Mangkuluhur City is a mixed development of 4 skyscrapers and a high-rise building at Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto in Jakarta, Indonesia. The tallest of the towers will have 80 floors above the ground. Two of the towers are for office, named as Office Tower 1 and 2. Two other towers are for residential and serviced apartment, named as Apartment Tower A and B. Already existed Crowne Plaza hotel, which is a 16 story building is also part of the development.[2]
Total land area of the development is about 4 hectares. Office Tower 1 and 2 has 33 floors and 80 floors above the ground respectively. Apartment Tower A and B has 53 floors and 30 floors above the ground. Apartment Tower B will be managed by Fraser Hospitality.[3] Office Tower 1 and Apartment tower B topped off in March,2017.
