The Institution's profile is firmly based on strategies and action plans that match changing demands of the nation and the students' fraternity. MITS enjoys constant support and patronage of NRIs with distinguished academic traditions and vast experience in engineering & technology. The team of faculty members with highest number of the doctorates in the region with the support of the latest laboratories, software, systems, 24-hour power backup, 300 Mbit/s WiFi campus, e-journals has been teaching the most updated syllabus in lines with BITS, Pilani to the modern generation of students working electronically in the learning of the concepts and skills. It is the journey of a decade and there have been many milestones in the process. MITS is very transparent in faculty recruitment and succeeded in attracting the good faculty from all over India. Many faculty candidates in science department have postdocs and most of the faculty in engineering departments have PhDs (including IITs, NITs and Foreign Universities).
