Mohottalage Dingiri Banda (known as M.D Banda) was a former Cabinet Minister and Member of Parliament.
He was the minister of Food, Commerce and Trade in 1960 & was also the minister of Agriculture and Food 1965 to 1970.
He was educated at St.Anthony's College, Kandy and Nalanda College Colombo.[1][2]
