Biography

Ludovic Pajot was born into a farming family, he studied law at the Catholic University of Lille.

In 2012, he joined the National Front.

He was elected a city councillor of Béthune in 2014 and regional councillor of Hauts-de-France in 2015. Due to the law on the accumulation of mandates, he resigned in August 2017 from the City Council of Bethune.

After the legislative elections of June 2017, he was elected in the second round to Parliament for the 10th constituency of Pas-de-Calais, with 52.58% of the votes cast, against the candidate La République En Marche!, Laurence Deschane. He is the youngest elected deputy in the National Assembly of this election, but the second of the Fifth Republic, after Marion Maréchal-Le Pen.

He sits, along with the other FN deputies, among the non-attached, and is part of the Committee on Sustainable Development and Spatial Planning of the National Assembly.

On October 7, 2017, he was the victim of an assault in Bethune. He was hospitalized with a temporary five-day work disability, he states that the attackers were "a group of individuals, some of whom claim to be far-fought".
