Royal Star and Garter Home, Richmond

London Square is a British property developer, which plans and builds conversions and new buildings with emphasis on residential sector within the boundaries of the M25 motorway.

Corporate history

The set of companies in common ownership was started by Adam Lawrence, a former regional chairman of Barratt Homes.[1]

In July 2014, private equity firm Graphite Capital sold the set of companies to fund manager Ares Management for £110 million, doubling its investment.[1]

Operations

It has developed or is developing sites in Fulham, Putney and Teddington. Others include the Royal Star and Garter Home, Richmond, which it bought for £50 million in April 2013 a conversion into apartments.[2]
