List of largest Eastern Orthodox church buildings

This is a list of the largest Eastern Orthodox church buildings in the world, based on area and capacity. Any Eastern Orthodox church building that has a capacity of 5,000 people, can be added to this page. The church building are listed in alphabetical order according to country. The churches are from various jurisdictions of the Eastern Orthodox Church, which is the body of Christians in communion with the Ecumenical Patriarch in Constantinople (Istanbul).

The largest Orthodox church building is either the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour or the Church of Saint Sava, depending on the measurements used.[1]
