Canadian singer and songwriter Alessia Cara has won 17 awards out of 67 nominations. In 2015 she released her debut single "Here" for which she received six nominations at the 2016 iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards and was nominated for Single of the Year at the Juno Award. In 2017 she released "Stay" alongside Russian-German electronic music producer Zedd, the single was a commercial success and received several awards and nominations including a win for Best Dance Video at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards and a nomination for Top Dance/Electronic Song at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards. That same year she released "1-800-273-8255" in collaboration with American rapper Logic and American singer Khalid, the music video of the song received two nominations at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards including Video with a Message and won Video of the Year at the 2018 iHeartRadio MMVAs. At the 60th Annual Grammy Awards she received four nominations, two for "1-800-273-8255", including Song of the Year, another for "Stay" and a win for Best New Artist.
