The Speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly is the presiding officer of the Legislative Assembly of Uttarakhand, the main law-making body for the Indian state of Uttarakhand. He is elected by the members of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly. The speaker is always a member of the Legislative Assembly. Premchand Aggarwal is the current Speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly.
