Lisa Marie Boothe (born 3 February 1985) is an American journalist working as a contributor on Fox News. She is a frequent co-host on Outnumbered, an occasional panelist on Special Report, a guest on The Story.[1] and other news programs.

Background

Boothe is a 2007 graduate of the University of Tennessee - Knoxville with a degree in political science and development. Her father worked at Capitol Hill for ten years as an aide to a senator before going to law school.[2] She grew up in the Washington D.C. area with three brothers and played field hockey and lacrosse in high school, even winning two state championship rings, and tearing her anterior cruciate ligament while playing.

Political career

Her first job after graduation was as staff assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives. She is a contributor to The Washington Times. She worked for the National Republican Congressional Committee in 2010 and then was the spokeswoman for Sandy Adams in the 2012 congressional election. Following this she was spokeswoman for the Tommy Thompson for Senate campaign and has worked on developing communication strategies for politicians such as Reps. Sandy Adams (R-FL), Mark Meadows (R-NC), and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV). During the 2014 election cycle, Boothe served as the senior director at the Black Rock Group, a Republican polling firm.[3] She is the Founder and President of High Noon Strategies, with extensive experience in political communications, and working with Fortune 500 companies, and navigating crisis situations.
