Lilián Heinz (born 26 June 1935) is an Argentine sprinter who competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics and won medals in two Pan American Games.[1]

Heinz was just 15 years old when she competed at the 1951 Pan American Games where she won the bronze medal in the 100 metres and the 4 x 100 metres relay,[2][1] just a year later Heinz was in Helsinki, Finland competing in the 1952 Summer Olympics, she ran in the 100 metres and finished third in her first round heat so didn't qualify for the next round,[3] a couple of days later she was back on the track competing in the 200 metres, where this time she finish in fourth place in her heat and again she didn't qualify for the next round,[4] her last event in the Olympics was the 4 x 100 metres relay with Lilian Buglia, Gladys Erbetta and Ana María Fontán, but they could only finish in third place behind Australia and the Netherlands so didn't go through to the final.[5]

Heinz later competed in the 1955 Pan American Games in Mexico City, where she was part of the team that won the silver medal in the 4 x 100 metres relay.[1]
