The Liberal Democratic Party of Pridnestrovie (Moldovan: Партидул Либерал Демократ, Partidul Liberal Democrat; Russian: Либерально-демократическая партия Республики Приднестровье; Ukrainian: Ліберально-демократична партія; abbreviated LDPR Pridnestrovie or LDPP) is a nationalist and right-wing populist political party in Transnistria. It was formed on 1 August 2006 by followers of Vladimir Zhirinovsky and is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia. The party leader is Russian politician Roman Khudyakov, who was born in, but no longer lives in Transnistria.
