Lhenice is a market town (městys) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 39.14 square kilometres (15.11 sq mi), and has a population of 1,769 (as at 2005).
Lhenice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Prachatice, 24 km (15 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 123 km (76 mi) south of Prague.
